Prix d'entrée : The registration fee for both days of 120,- Euro includes the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks, lunch, and conference dinner (including a wine tasting). The registration for 1 day is 30 Euro, including the Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks and lunch at this day. When participating on 1 day only, an additional dinner (including the wine tasting) can be booked for 60 Euro.

PATHOLUX 2012
The conference on "Impact of Plant Pathogens on the Quality of Crops and Wine" will take place in Luxembourg on October 22 and 23, 2012.
The objective of this 2-day conference is to foster a vivid discussion on our present knowledge on the impact of plant pathogens on food quality aspects, including wine. Topics will focus on the monitoring, controlling and detection of viruses, fungi and bacteria, and the impact of pathogens on quantitative and qualitative properties of crops and resulting food products. Molecular mechanisms and strategies to control the losses caused by viruses, fungi and bacteria will be discussed. A specific focus will be given to grapevine diseases and their control.
To achieve this objective, the conference will strive to stimulate discussions among various stakeholders in the area of agriculture and viticulture, and to uncover major gaps of our present understanding in the domain of crop pathogens and food quality. The program will consist of keynote lectures, oral presentations, and poster sessions.
We hope that the Scientific Program will spark a lively interaction on this interdisciplinary topic, and will also allow you to enjoy the flair of the spa town Mondorf-les-Bains and its surroundings.
