Software engineering

Software engineering is the scientific field addressing the mastering, integration and development of techniques and methods oriented towards software production, whether general or specialised.

 

The roles of the software engineering speciality in the management of projects within ISC are:

 

• operational specifications: choice of software, concrete translation of the design specifications into software
• development of programs in line with quality compliance methods
• development of modular applications, reuse of code modules, creation of program libraries
• monitoring of the applications provided
